Therapeutic Laser

Therapeutic laser therapy is based on the use of low-frequency laser light to alleviate inflammation and pain or promote healing of the damaged cells. It is used commonly to promote healing of wounds and incisions after surgery. It can also be used to decrease inflammation associated with arthritis, surgical procedures, many dermatological ailments, and others. Therapeutic laser therapy has also been successfully used in the treatment of chronic pain.

Laser therapy sessions usually take only a few minutes. No anesthesia is required. Your pet will only feel soothing warmth over the area where the laser is aimed. There are no known side effects associated with therapeutic laser treatment when used properly.
